Something's up, I have a problem with the App! What should I do?

Can I sync my cards between different devices? What about between iOS and Android?

We recently released an account system for this very purpose. On Android you can already use your collection on any device. When we release the new iOS app for MTG Manager (in November 2019), you’ll be able to sync between iOS and Android too.

Can I unsubscribe at any time? How do I do it?

You can. To unsubscribe, open the Play Store app, open the Menu and head over to Subscriptions. Or just search for the app and select Subscriptions

I can’t find a card, what’s up with that?

We try to have the most up-to-date version of the current card list, including promos and special editions. However, some might be missing. If you find them, please write us at support@bigar.com!

Will you build a web Portal that integrates with the app?
